By accessing or using ClipMetrics ("the Service") at clipmetrics.xintrex.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipMetrics is an analytics dashboard designed for content clipping teams. It allows users to upload social media performance data (via Excel files), track views across platforms, manage team member accounts, and calculate content payout estimates. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ClipMetrics. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@xintrex.uk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClipMetrics only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload data you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ClipMetrics. By uploading data you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your data at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.

6. Payout Calculations

Payout estimates generated by ClipMetrics are based on the RPM rate and view counts you provide. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed to reflect actual payments from any platform. ClipMetrics is not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and actual payouts.

7. Intellectual Property

The ClipMetrics name, logo, and all software, design, and content of the Service are the intellectual property of ClipMetrics. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPMETRICS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
